Central Queenslanders have missed out again with the Northern Australia Infrastructure Facility set to fund its first project in Western Australia.
This proves again Turnbull is out of touch with Central Queensland.
The NAIF was announced more than two years ago and we are still waiting for Turnbull and Joyce to allocate a single dollar from the $5 billion fund to build job generating infrastructure in Northern Australia.
The only money they have allocated so far is $2.4 million on executive salaries and travel perks for board members.
What’s the hold up?
The NAIF is just one example of Federal Member for Capricornia failing to secure real funding for Central Queensland. Just like the Bowen Basin Jobs Investment Package – announced over a year ago, still not one job created.
Turnbull is out of touch and his government is in chaos and as a result the people of Central Queensland are missing out.
